Meet Molly Armando
Nice to meet you
My goal is to help you reach yours. When we work together, it is about YOU. I listen to your needs, work diligently to achieve your objectives, and strive to always exceed your expectations. As a long-term resident who was born and raised on the Southcoast of Massachusetts, I am an expert in this area. My knowledge can help you find the right home for your now and future needs, alongside your investment goals. I currently live in Dartmouth, Massachusetts with my husband John, two boys Charlie & Graham, and chocolate lab Emma. When I’m not working I’m probably doing a DIY project, crafting, or hiking the local trails with my dog.
My philosophy
I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. For some, it can be a stressful time. My job it to alleviate some of the complicated and stressful issues that may arise, making the entire process as seamless as possible. I take great pride in the relationships I build and will work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. My philosophy is simple: the client comes first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process.
Background
I’m born & raised in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. In highschool I even received “most likely to live in Dartmouth” for my class superlative! After highschool I attended Endicott College in Beverly, MA and graduated on the deans list with a bachelors in business with a concentration in marketing. When I graduated from Endicott College in 2011 I got my first job making 200+ cold calls a day and selling marketing technology over the phone. I learned very quickly that it takes 100 “nos” to get a “yes”. It was a grind, but ultimately shaped me to be the person I am today and taught me fundamental sales skills that I will continue to carry with me for the rest of my life. Soon after that I found my way into digital marketing where I worked with global enterprise retailers such as Neiman Marcus, The Container Store, Acushnet Company, New Balance, The Home Depot, and hundreds more.
Earlier in my career one particular phrase stuck with me; “you need to be passionate about what you’re selling”. I’ve always loved helping people and connecting with my customers, but there was still an element that was unfulfilled.
My husband John and I lived in Boston for a while and finally decided to make the move back to our hometown to be with friends and family. We bought our first home in Dartmouth and I couldn’t get enough. I was fascinated by the process and loved going through the experience. I started listening to real estate investing podcasts, reading books, and soaking up as much as I could about investing through real estate. I got my real estate license and soon after that we purchased our first investment property. Real estate has changed my life in so many ways. I truly have a passion for it and I would be honored to help you on your journey.
